This application must be accompanied by a $200.00 initiation fee plus prorated dues (See schedule of Fees and Prorated Club Dues), and Proof of current NATIONAL RIFLE ASSOCIATION (NRA) MEMBERSHIP Duly Witnessed (Bring your NRA card). 

I wish to be enrolled as a member of the Michigan City Rifle Club, Inc., and, by my electronic signature above, swear or affirm under the penalties of perjury as follows:

1. I am a Citizen of the United States of America, and I am eighteen years of age or older.
2. I am not a member of any organization or group which has as a part of its program the overthrow of the United States Government, or any political subdivision thereof by force or violence.
3. I have never been convicted of a crime of violence.
4. I certify that I am NOT a "prohibited person" and can legally own and use firearms.
5. I will obey the firearms laws of the United States and of the State of Indiana.
6. I will fulfill the obligations of good sportsmanship and good citizenship.
7. I will participate in the Club's activities and contribute to its operation and welfare.
8. I realize participation in shooting sports is inherently dangerous, and I will at all times conduct myself so as to not cause harm or injury to myself or others.
9. I will abide by the Club's Constitution, Bylaws and Rules.

Schedule of Fees and Prorated Club Dues
Effective April 1, 2022

The Club Year Begins April 1st.

Dues:
Regular Full Members -  $250.00 per year (April 1 - March 31)
Probationary Members - $250.00 per year (April 1 - March 31)

One time initiation fee for new applicants - $200.00

• For all current full and probationary members, annual dues in the correct amount (above) are to be paid by March 31st.
• For new applicants, an amount equal to the initiation fee plus prorated dues (application date through March 31st), is due with the submitted application. The amounts below include both the initiation fee and the correct prorated dues for the month in which you applied.
• • i.e., Look at the table below for the month that you are submitting your application and submit the corresponding fee. Please make checks payable to "Michigan City Rifle Club". Cash is also acceptable. Make sure that you get a receipt.
• Submit your application at a regular membership meeting (1st Tuesday of the month, 6:30 pm in the clubhouse), in person, with cash or check in the correct amount along with evidence of NRA membership (present membership card or photocopy thereof or a current address label off the NRA magazine that you are receiving).
