Range Location:
The Michigan City Rifle Club is located five (5) miles east of Michigan City, IN on the north side of Hwy 20, near the intersections of US Hwys 20, 35, & I-94. If you come via the Indiana Toll Road (I-80) exit at the LaPorte interchange. Turn right (north) on Indiana 39 and go to Hwy 20. Turn west on Hwy 20 and approximately 3 miles to the range. The range has 38 covered and paved firing points facing north. Flush toilets and washrooms are available. Campsites with electricity are available, however there are NO shower facilities.

Local Attractions:
There are many local attractions in the Michigan City area. The Indiana Dunes National Lakeshore and the Indiana Dunes State Park are just minutes away. For shopping, the Light House Mall is a large consumer discount mall.

Rules:
NRA Rules will govern. Rifle, Rule 3.2, Challenges, Rule 16.1 ($1.00 challenge fee to challenge your own score, $5.000 to challenge another competitor’s score. NRA Classifications will be used. Unclassified competitors will compete in Master Class.
Entry Limits:
38 competitor’s, one (1) relay
Fees:
A package fee of $60.00 will cover all fired individual fired matches, aggregates, and NRA registration fee. Any 1-day package will be $25.00. Juniors may enter the 2-day package for $40, but will not be eligible for any cash awards. Note: included is $9.00 per competitor NRA registration fee. NRA Team fee is $5.00 per team.
Team Fee:
$15.00 per team (2-person team)
Awards:
NRA will provide Regional Awards 1st Place if 5 competitors; 2nd Place if 10 competitors, & 3rd place if 15 competitors. NRA will provide Regional Souvenir Pins. MCRC is known for a generous award schedule. Exact award schedule will be determined on the number of shooters on a 4:1 basis. NRA will provide Camp Perry entry fee certificates (50% off). Only one award per class; must have 10 competitors in a class.
Time of Firing:
Shooting commences at 8:00AM each day
Targets:
NRA Official Targets will be used with backers
Squadding:
All matches will be squadded on the day of the match.
Eligibility:
Open to any individual member of the NRA or Junior Members of NRA affiliated Junior Rifle Club. NRA NUMBER REQUIRED

FOOD:
We will have a kitchen that will serve pop, sandwiches, and snacks at the range. There are fast food restaurants with in 5 or 6 miles of the range.
Range Upgrades:
MCRC has added several 200 yard positions.
Range Availability:
The range will be open at approximately 1:00PM Friday 6 June 2008 for that wish to practice. Targets will be provided.
